1. Service Description
PricePing is a service that helps users track product prices and receive notifications about price changes. We do not guarantee tracking for any specific webshop or website. Some websites may not be supported or may stop working at any time without notice.
2. Website Support & Suggestions
If a website is not supported or price data appears incorrect, users are encouraged to suggest the URL via our suggestion box. We review suggestions on a best-effort basis and may choose to add support at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that submit vulgar, abusive, violent, or otherwise inappropriate URLs or comments. The severity of the content will be assessed at our discretion and may result in immediate account action without prior warning.
3. Account & Access
You must sign in using your Google account to use PricePing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.
- Upgrading your subscription takes immediate effect. A prorated amount may be charged at the time of upgrade, and future billing cycles will reflect the full price of the new plan.
- Downgrading your subscription will take effect the day after your next billing date.
- We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If this happens, you will be notified in advance before any changes are applied to your billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
PricePing is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate price tracking, or continued support for any specific website. You use the service at your own risk.
In no event shall PricePing, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, misuses the suggestion feature, or otherwise acts against the spirit of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of PricePing after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
